• Tour Plans –
Our Itinerary are booked in any of the four plans given below. It is as per the choice of the guest. We book tours in either of the various plans accepted worldwide they are EP, CP, AP, & MAP. European plan - Room Only
Continental plan - Room + Breakfast
American plan - Room + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner
Modified American plan - Room + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
• Child Plan –
Children up to the age of 5 years are complementary. However, those between the ages of 6 - 12 years accompanied by elders / guardians shall be given 50% discount on daily rates. Child plan has another option of Child with Bed and Child without bed. Extra bed has supplementary cost. In group booking there are concessions. Travel agents and tour operators are given concessions. Corporate bookings come under group booking
Children above Age group 10+ years will be treated as Adult

Booking terms & conditions are subjected to the following company policies
• 50 percent advance is required for booking (Conditions apply)
• Charges apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date
• Special discount on corporate, students & excursion groups
• Hotel check out time in this region is 12 noon / 1200 hours

Cancellation
Cancellation will attract a minimum amount during off season and maximum during peak season of April, May, June, September, October & December. However a standard cancellation charges are as follows -
• 30 Days prior to Arrival : INR 2500.00 / 25 % of the
package cost
• 15 Days prior to Arrival : 30 - 40% of Package cost
• 7 Days prior to Arrival : 50 - 70% of Package cost
• 02 Days prior to Arrival : 80 – 90% of Package cost

Modes of Payment
• We accept bank transfer by cheques, valid credit card, multi city cheques, draft, net transfer, etc.
• Cheques are not accepted as payment unless received at least 20 days prior to the date of journey or arrival date.
• Charges deducted due to dishonored cheques or any other mistakes done by the guest has to be paid by guest.
• Account Number.
