These are members of the Banu Shayba family. The Banu Shayba are the guardians of the keys to the Ka'bah and the caretakers. The family is in charge of opening, closing, and washing the Ka'bah. They have been entrusted with this job since the time of Rasulallah ﷺ.

Banu Shayba are descendants of the Companion, 'Uthman ibn Talha. On the Day of Conquest, Rasulallah ﷺ gave him the keys to the Ka'bah and said, 'Take it, O family of Talha until the Day of Resurrection...!

Imam al-Ghazali was seen in a dream after his death and was asked, "What did ALLAH ( جَلَّ جَلَالَهُ )do with you?
Which of your actions and works allowed you to enter
Jannah?"
Imam al-Ghazali replied, "None of my actions and works granted me admission into Jannah. Rather, I was writing one night when a fly landed on my pen. I realised that it was thirsty since there was moisture on the end of the quill. So I stopped writing and let it drink.
It was through that one action that ALLAH (جَلَّ جَلَالَهُ )forgave me." Never belittle any action - no matter how big or small.
