The *Caeiros* are proud to bring to you our new project *Casa Filipinha Serviced Apartments*.

Located on the banks of the River Sal, in Salcette - South Goa, Casa Filipinha is our answer to your extended vacation needs. This balmy service apartment celebrates its natural surroundings in style, offering wide windows to frame an incredible river view amidst an acre of coconut grove.

Newly built to replace one of our ancestral houses, Casa Filipinha is constructed in the architectural style of a heritage Portuguese mansion.

Upon approaching the grounds you will be welcomed by a beautiful Azulejo: a hand painted ceramic nameplate, bearing the name of our mansion. The entrance gate opens up into a wide garden area where one can stroll around or even have a little gathering.

The villa is divided into three service apartments, each having its own private entrance and has been designed to provide you a beautiful view of the river, from either the privacy of the bedroom or living room, or even the long verandah where one can relax in the lounge chairs while breathing in the beautiful sea breeze.

The flavour of a Goan experience doesn't end with just the exteriors. Period furniture dots each apartment, alternated with modern amenities.

The living room is equipped with a Television offering you basic local channels. A functional Kitchen equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas-Stove, basic cookware and accessories is sure to satisfy your basic
culinary dabbling. A square Dining Table can seat up to four. To cater to your extended gastronomical needs we can offer authentic Goan food delivered
from our nearby family restaurant at the Caeiro's Seagull Resort.

An airconditioned Bedroom equipped with two twin beds offer the choice to be joined together or split apart, depending on your needs. Our very large en-suite bathroom offers a shower cubicle and storage cupboard in addition to the regular facilities.

We also provide free Wi-Fi for resident guests. For any emergency queries or
assistance we also have a caretaker residing in the chambers attached to the villa.

Keeping in mind the varied needs of our customers, one of our apartments has been designed to be wheelchair friendly.

Distance from nearest beach: 8kms.
Distance from Dabolim airport: 40kms.
Tariff: Rs.2,500 per room.
