Goan Cuisine
Originated from its konkani roots and was influenced by the 450 years of Protuguese rule.
Goan cuisine consist of rice cury (xitt kodi) fish,
& is considered incomplete without fish varieties include kingfish, pomfret, tuna etc
Shellfish includes crabs, clams, prawns, lobster, squid, mussels etc.
Goan cuisine is loaded with various spices along with coconut,
Goan chicken cafreal & pork vindaloo will leave your mouth watering.

The locals can be seen cooking in the clay pots on firewood which adds an additional flavour to the Goan dishes.

The three kings church us amoung the tip Haunted places of Goa to reach the church one need to climb the stairs which had wild plants surrounding it .
While climbing you will also find rare flowers and butterflies .

🌴Tropical Spice plantation🌴🍁 located in Keri Village , 6km from Ponda 130 acres, tropical spice plantation is one of the most beautiful areas in Goa , describing the warmth & beauty of mother nature, surrounded by most of the tropical, medicinal and spice trees along with the birds🦜🦩 migrated from different places and friendly monkeys jumping from one tree to another.🐒

The food served is the best with intense flavours simple yet mouth watering.😋
It offers equallly good options for vegetarians as well as non-vegetarians.
🍛 The food is prepared in mud pots and served in plates made out of dried leaves which adds to its flavours.🍛
