AREA

The Total area of the farm is one acre with plenty of Greenery. It has a few Mango trees among a variety of other. There is plenty of open area sutiable for pitching 5 to 10 Tents. Water is available 24 hrs. The veranda outside the rooms is already covered with proper roof and can be covered from the sides (temporary) if required. Since the farm is situated at the end of the village and has a huge water body (Pazar Talao) very nearby..... plenty of birding can be done .... off course with a birding expert....

Activities such as Rock climbing, Rappelling, River crossing, can be done very near the farm. Sathe Farm Activities such as Nature trail, Rafting, Star Gazing can easily be arranged. It is an ideal site to bring school kids for a day outing or overnight stay to bring them close to nature. Food can be arranged easily for a group of 20 to 25 with the existing manpower of staff there..... For a larger group there is a full fledged kitchen where a cook can be arranged for food
