 Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or rooms. Also spiting in and around property premises is strictly prohibited.
 No loud music/noise from 10 pm to 10 am.
 Liability: Villa Owner or Villa Staff shall not be held responsible for the liability arising out of any claims, expenses, financial or property loss or damage, arising from injury, accident, death, delay, alteration, or inconvenience, by whatever cause including
airline scheduling, strike, terrorism, war, hostility, civil disturbance, or resulting directly or indirectly from the act of God. We take no liability or responsibility for injury, accident or death in the premises or in the area.
 Lost, Stolen or Abandoned Articles: Villa Owner or Villa Staff shall not be responsible for the safety / loss or theft / damage of any article of the guests.
 Electricity: There can be intermittent power cuts, load shedding in the area of the Villa. Guests are requested to co-operate with us. No refunds shall be provided for in case of power cuts by the Government.
 Caretaker Services: Caretaker / Cooking staff is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm at the villa.
 Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including possession of narcotics or any weapons, prostitution or commercial activity, is strictly not permitted. Such bookings shall stand cancelled without any refund and necessary action shall be taken against such activities.
