ChalNikalPade is an invitation to the unknown for those who breathe an air called adventure. Define adventure (Trick question): Here is the smallest explanation. Adventure is an adventure if you want it to be. Some choose different words to describe the same activity. For a person who conducts rappelling or zip-line daily it’s a job, but if you gonna do it for the first time in your life then it’s one unique thrilling adventure. For those who live in Mumbai and travel by the local train during peak hours from Borivali to Churchgate, even that is an adventure. The textbook definition would go somewhat like this

“An adrenaline rushing activity for a short period of time done with safety precaution and is potentially risky”

Like is it said it’s different for different people. There is no fixed defined formulae to confirm or deny that adventure happened. In a broader perspective, we can compare two activities as one being less adventurous than the other. Or two personal experiences one be less adventurous than the other or how two individuals felt doing the same activity. Freedom struggle march

The Salt March, also known as the Salt Satyagraha, Dandi March and the Dandi Satyagraha, was an act of nonviolent civil disobedience in colonial India led by Mahatma Gandhi. The twenty-four day march lasted from 12 March 1930 to 5 April 1930 as a direct action campaign of tax resistance and nonviolent protest against the British salt monopoly.
Another reason for this march was that the Civil Disobedience Movement needed a strong inauguration that would inspire more people to follow Gandhi's example. Gandhi started this march with 78 of his trusted volunteers. The march spanned 240 miles (390 km), from Sabarmati Ashram to Dandi, which was called Navsari at that time (now in the state of Gujarat).
Growing numbers of Indians joined them along the way. When Gandhi broke the British Raj salt laws at 8:30 am on 6 April 1930, it sparked large scale acts of civil disobedience against the salt laws by millions of Indians

Secret Radio
Congress Radio was a clandestine and underground radio station, which operated for about three months during the Quit India Movement of 1942, a movement launched by Gandhi against the British Raj for independence of India.
Congress Radio was the broadcasting mouthpiece of the Indian National Congress, and functioned from different locations from Bombay, currently known as Mumbai.
It was organized by Usha Mehta (1920–2000), a veteran freedom fighter of India with the help of ham radio operators. Her other associates for organizing the Congress Radio included Vitthaldas khakar, Chandrakant Jhaveri, and Babubhai Thakkar. The technicians and the equipment were supplied by Nanik Motwane of Chicago Radio, Mumbai.
Eminent personalities like Ram Manohar Lohia, Achyutrao Patwardhan, and Purushottam Trikamdas were also associated with the Congress Radio.

In 1969, Aga Khan Palace was donated to the Indian people by Aga Khan IV as a mark of respect to Gandhi and his philosophy. Today the palace houses a memorial on Gandhi where his ashes were kept. The then prime minister Indira Gandhi had visited the place in 1974 where she allotted a sum of ₹200,000 (US$2,700) every year, for its maintenance. The amount rose to ₹1 million (US$13,000) till the 1990s, after which the national monument of India, was neglected for many years due to improper allocation of funds. There was a protest held at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi near Pune Railway Station in July 1999 to protest against the worsening condition of the monument. The present condition has improved quite a lot

Aga Khan Palace is a majestic building. The palace is closely linked to the India's freedom struggle as it served as a prison for Mahatma Gandhi and his wife Kasturba Gandhi also his secretary Mahadev Desai and Sarajoni Naidu.
It is also the place where Kasturba Gandhi and Mahadev Desai died. In 2003, Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) declared the site as a monument of national importance.
