Yesss! It's in the Indian state of Manipur, the Loktak lake is one of the largest fresh water lakes of South Asia. 53 kms from Imphal, this Lake is famous for its floating islands which are known as phumdis. It's one of those places in Manipur where foreigners are also allowed to visit!

To arrive at this bridge you cross through the crowded small lane, which is where the wonder is - suddenly the world changes in an instant! And there on that bridge you feel grand and larger than life! The bridge is high overlooking the gigantic Narmada river! The views are heartstealing around the sunset time and can keep you gripped on that spot for even an hour! And then what follows is the bliss of getting darshan of Mahadev on the other side of the river 😇

This stunning video was made in Bolivia in the Salar de Uyuni, a place where Heaven & Earth are said to meet. It turns out that for most of the year, the salar (a natural open-air deposit of salt almost 11,000 sq kms), remains completely dry, but in the rainy season that comes with summer, the entire site can become flooded. When that happens, the salt flat land becomes a kind of mirror that reflects the entire landscape. This is when Heaven meets Earth.
