We are also Authorised Partner for Hewlett Packard Range of products namely Non Impact Printers, Plotters, Laser etc , Distributors TVS Electronics Dot Matrix Printer Range, U.P.S. and Keyboards and are Authorised Service Center TVS E. B.Algo also has a presence in Corporate and Govt. As a commercial partner of HP thro' their sister concern, we are ready to provide complete solution to customer right from Server, storage, Networking & printing, Imaging. Aircel Business Solutions is one more recent tieup for corporate customers. B.Algo is also diversified in 2001 towards distribution of other Products like U.P.S. from Microtek Digital Inverter, Okaya Batteries to name a few specially in Vidarbha, Marathwada. In 2004 B.Algo has stepped forward and signed National Distribution with Beebul Engg SDN BHD of Malaysia for Splash Hot Water Shower. We are also Distributors for HP PSG(Notebook & Desktops) for East Vidarbha. HP IPG ( Printers/ All in one) , HP Consumables, TATA Docomo for 3G Dongles, Zicom Security Products are some of our other distribution limes. The Service Center is a separate entity of 1400 sft space for walk in repairs. The engineers are company trained for respective products and after sales service centers like Compaq, TVS and H.P irrespective of the point of buying as long as the products are in warranty according to the respective companies, customers has never had any hassles of getting service from B.Algo. B.Algo has well documented Serice Policy Guide Lines and full proof call management software. Service Manager & Call coordinator constantly supervise the call status on hourly basis and take corrective action on escalated calls.
