Bird Name - Long-tailed broadbill ❤

The beauty of this beautiful bird cannot be described in words and I have been noticing them for the last 2 months. Photographers visiting Satatal have been able to see this bird at some specific place from last few years and in this year , this bird has moved its nesting to somewhere else and in the middle of the forest. I hope it will not be disturbed much here . In the month of December, I saw a large flock of 25 broadbills at a time in a belt adjoining Corbett and it roams with their juveniles there at that time and gradually the cold begins to fade away in Mid March and April. In the month, it plunged into Sattal and Kathgodam and Near by places ( Nainital , Pangoot , Maheshkhan forest etc... ) they breeds here . This year, due to the circumstances of Covid-19 & another lock-down , so not so many photographer,s were able to visit here and some summer birds which are very rare and important. If you want see them so I requested to all of you guys you can plan for next summer season .

A Bird in the picture , Tree is here , you can see a creeper also & Most important thing is you can see the clear bar's on the tail of the bird .

It means this should be enough to identify the Bird Name .

Wildlife is surprises and at times needs hell amount of efforts to come across moments like this.
The place was not in my daily routine, my habit of exploring place took me to the place as not visited for long. All of sudden noticed this drama, it took me secs to park my bike safely and was lucky enough to get a place to position myself from where I can shot freely without disturbing the Bird.
Waited there for more than 1 hour to get this shot as this beauty was due to passing traffic, it was going away from the prey. After 30-40 minutes she finally settled down to prey and we both enjoyed fruit of hard work and patience.
One of the rare moments I have ever clicked....
