AmboliHerpetofauna Trail 2018

The most beautiful rainforests around the world are nature’s treasures.
Have you ever experienced the silence of a rain forest before?Have you ever seen a stream of water flowing through a lush, green forest?Have you ever experienced a morning fog of a rainforest? Ever experienced what it takes to search reptiles at night? If not,come, travel with us to one of these rainforests, Amboli!

This is the perfect opportunity to witness the amazing rainforest of Amboli. You will get to see some amazing species of reptiles like the famous Malabar pit viper, Green vine snake, different species of Shieldtails, Catsnakes, Malabar gliding frogs, Bush frogs and various wild flowers. This is also an opportunity for you to taste the best Malvani food.

For photographers, amboli offers prime opportunities for macro photography.

1- Good torch with extra batteries. It is compulsory.
2- Proper shoes. If possible gumboots.
3- Id proof.
4- Rainwear and umbrellas.
5- Personal medicines.
6- Ready to eat snacks.
7- Odomos.
8- Extra clothes.
9- Cameras.

Total Cost for this trip- 6500/-

Inclusion-
1- Train tickets both the way. Mumbai to sawantwadi station and back.
2- Bus tickets from sawantwadi to amboli and back.
3- Stay in basic hotel with 4 people sharing.
