Villa Sea Breeze is a fully furnished modern, 3 BHK villa situated in Nerul, North Goa. The villa is a self catering unit, that is located in a gated complex, called Three Kings Private Residences. It is ideally located near the Reis Magos Fort, a heritage, 15th century fort overlooking the Arabian Sea and is approximately 10 minutes away from Coco Beach and a 20 minute drive from Candolim Beach.
Villa Sea Breeze is an easy drive from some of North Goa s happening beaches, shopping centers, grocery stores, markets, nightclubs, and 5 star hotels, like The Taj Aguada and Exotica. The Villa is equipped with modern amenities like air conditioners, fridge, washing machine, 24*7 running hot water, power back up, gas stove, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The Three Kings complex has a common pool which can be accessed easily by our guests and is open between 9am-6.30pm. The villa has a small garden in th backyard, overlooking the sea and is ideal for a summer barbeque. The bedrooms, and lounges, all have panoramic views of the sea. Villa Sea Breeze is ideal for guests travelling in a group of maximum 7 people or a family of the same number. Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Housekeeping facilities is available once a day. Guests are encouraged to buy their own groceries from a nearby supermarket and a breakfast can be arranged upon request.
