The ancient city of Selge is considered one of the important cities in the Pisidia Region and the first city in which money was minted in the region. It has been one of the frequent destinations of travelers and traders throughout history with its unique scenery, medicinal plants, wide forests, fertile lands and orchards. It is said that the population of the city, which had important commercial relations with the Aspendos Ancient City, was under Persian rule for a period, and reached its most glorious age in the Roman Period, reaching 20,000 people. In the 13th century, Selge, which came under the rule of the Turks, turned into a settlement called Zerk.

Adam Kayalar were a formation of conglomerate rocks, used in structures such as columns in the ancient ages, Gök said, “These rocks are the masses formed as a result of pressure combining sand and pebbles and hardening over time. It is a sedimentary rock composed of large and small round pebbles. The rocks here also serve as cisterns. Villagers benefit from water here when water is limited.”

Deep valleys with unique fairy chimneys, multi-story underground towns, and above ground carved housing with churches carved into caves, all run for several kilometers in some parts of the region. Initially, underground cities were founded, built, and inhabited by Christians hiding from persecution. Common living areas, kitchens, churches, and sophisticated stone doors can be seen several “floors” underground.

The valleys of Cappadocia display natural creations that can be viewed not only on foot, but while traveling in hot air balloons. A two-day trip includes two lunches, one dinner, and one breakfast. Lodging in a hotel in Cappadocia is also included.

Details :
The hammam experience begins in the sauna and steam room. In the sauna your body heats up and the pores of the skin gradually open up and you start to sweat. Those who do not like the heat can limit their time in the sauna to their liking. Next you enter the steam room. There is a cloud of v***r in the air, saturated with the eucalyptus scent. This room will treat not only the exterior of the body but also the interior as you breathe in this v***r. This helps the body prepare for further procedures. After leaving the hot rooms, you should take a shower and are then escorted to the main part of the bath complex - the marble room. Here the walls and floors are lined with marble and there is a marble table in the middle of the room which is heated with hot water from the inside. Here you will also find bathers who will wash your body in a special way. These old traditions of body wash have not changed for centuries. Lying on a marble table with coarse lint (kese turkish) will help scrub the body – exfoliating your skin. This removes unnecessary skin cells. Later, using special soap foam bags, the whole body will be soaped, massaged, and washed. After this washing procedure, you will be flushed with water, and you are then ready to move to the next room. The process of washing the body is often accompanied by clapping and singing. For a long time, the sauna was not only a place of cleanliness but also of good conversation and humor. Towels are then taken to the massage room. A face mask may be worn, but traditionally only the body is rubbed with oils. While waiting, you can enjoy Turkish tea, relax, and then complete the cleansing process later in the massage room.

Here you can indulge in salt-mineral masks and bathing.
