Sono stati in grado di testimoniare in prima persona i metodi e le tecniche autentiche utilizzate nella cucina indiana e di sperimentare veramente i sapori e i profumi che rendono questa cucina così unica.Sotto la guida della famiglia indiana, i nostri ospiti hanno imparato a preparare una varietà di piatti tradizionali. Dai profumati curry ai deliziosi biryanis, hanno scoperto i segreti dietro le vivaci spezie e l'attento equilibrio dei sapori caratteristici della cucina indiana. La lezione di cucina è stata una vera esperienza pratica, che ha permesso ai nostri ospiti di tritare, macinare e mescolare per creare piatti deliziosi da zero.

Ma il viaggio culinario non è finito qui. Dopo la lezione di cucina, i nostri ospiti sono stati invitati a una cena speciale, dove hanno avuto l'opportunità di assaporare le loro creazioni nel modo più regale, usando utensili d'argento, proprio come avrebbero fatto i maharaja dei tempi antichi. Questo tocco di opulenza ha elevato l'esperienza culinaria, permettendo ai nostri ospiti di sentirsi dei re mentre si concedevano i sapori dell'India.

Mentre sedevano alla tavola splendidamente apparecchiata, i nostri ospiti non hanno potuto fare a meno di essere trasportati indietro nel tempo, immaginando se stessi come parte di una festa reale. It was a beautiful day in Agra, India and the sun was shining brightly. The sky was a deep blue and our guest from Mexico having a wonderful time !

The sun had just risen on a new day in India. We had been dreaming of traveling to India since 2020, but due to the pandemic, our plans had been postponed. Finally, the moment had come and we landed in India, ready to start our first adventure.

We started our journey by visiting the capital New Delhi. As we entered, we were overwhelmed by the beauty and grandeur of the monument. We were awe-struck by the intricate designs in the architecture and the delicate and intricate carvings of the marble. We marveled at the curved domes, the intricate cornices, and the delicate floral design of the walls. The sight was breathtaking.

After spending some time admiring the architecture and the view, we decided to take a stroll through the gardens of the humayun tomb. We walked along the lush green lawn, taking in the sights, smells and sounds of India. We were mesmerized by the vibrant colors of the flowers, the sound of the birds chirping, and the calmness of the air. We felt as if we had stepped into an ancient kingdom.

As the day progressed, we continued our journey and explored other monuments and sights that New Delhi had to offer. We were in awe the whole time and felt so lucky to have the opportunity to experience this place. We were so grateful for the beautiful sights we had seen and for the chance to explore a new and exciting country.

This first trip to India was truly a dream come true for us and it will be a memory we will cherish forever.

our guests from France "Anne Dhonte & Family" had a wonderful, unforgettable experience of a lifetime celebrating Christmas and welcoming 2023 in India with Swadeshi Journeys. They began their journey in the pink city of Jaipur and enjoyed a memorable Christmas Eve celebration. The festive atmosphere, the beautiful decorations, the traditional Christmas carols and the lip-smacking cuisine made the experience even more special.

The family was then taken on a journey to the beautiful royal city of Bikaner. The majestic forts, palaces and the vibrant markets were a sight to behold. They had the opportunity to explore the city and its grandeur that took their breath away.

The next destination of the tour was the majestic Jaisalmer, also known as the Golden City. The breathtaking Thar Desert, the imposing Jaisalmer Fort, the ancient havelis, the camel safaris, and the folk dances made the experience even more special.

After exploring and experiencing the culture, heritage and history of Jaisalmer, the group headed to the Blue City of Jodhpur. The majestic Mehrangarh Fort, the beautiful Umaid Bhawan Palace, and the vibrant markets left them with an unforgettable experience.

Finally, the family was taken to the beautiful city of Udaipur to welcome the New Year of 2023. The serene lakes, the stunning palaces, the vibrant art and culture, and the beautiful locales were all a treat for the eyes. They experienced the best of the city in a single night and welcomed the New Year in a grand manner.

Overall, our guests had a great time with us and we did our best to provide them with a unique and memorable experience. We believe that our guests had a wonderful time with Swadeshi Journeys and left India with a newfound appreciation for the country.
