Dr. Kranti Career Interest Schedule is a 720-item self-rating inventory developed to assess a high school student's(Class 8 to Class 12) occupational preference. The inventory comprises 360 occupations and 360 job activities and elicits the respondent's preference through a 3-point rating scale. An individual's interest is assessed via 12 dimensions derived from John Holland's occupational themes. These dimensions are as follows: Artistic, Scientific, Nature, Protective, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Detail, Selling, Accommodation, Humanitarian, Leading-Influencing, and Physical Performing.
