We are looking for Reservation CUM Sales Executive for our Tours & Travels Agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling client queries like Andaman Tour Package, Hotel Booking and Cruise Ticketing etc over the phone call or mails.
Designing & Preparing Andaman Holiday tour package.
Planning, Costing and executing tour itineraries as per the client’s needs.
Timely interaction/conversation with Clients through email and phone.
Must be proficient in taking reservation calls and handling customers on phone.

Skills and Qualifications

Required language: English & Hindi.
Good presentation skills
Good communication Skills
Good negotiation skills
Experience:
Work 1 year Preferred (Fresher can also apply)

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have expertise in understanding customer travel needs, designing itineraries, coordinating with vendors (Hotel, DMC partners) for obtaining best rate. Good oral & written communication skills. Ability to draft emails and interact with customer.

Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, the Lt. Governor, Andaman & Nicobar Islands will be inducting and dedicating the Passenger Ferry, “MAKRUZZ GOLD” to the Andaman Tourism Industry on Monday the 6th February, 2017 at 4.00 PM at Stage 6, Phoenix Bay Jetty.

‘MAKRUZZ GOLD’ is the latest edition in the fleet of MAK Logistics Private Limited, who currently operates two other ferries, ‘MAKRUZZ’ and ‘COASTAL CRUISE’ connecting Port Blair to Havelock and Neil Islands. This vessel has a capacity of 330-pax.
