Sleep effects on semen health
SLEEP it sounds so minor and neglegeble when we start to correlate itโs affects and effects on semen health ,but yes it has a lottttt to do with the semen health.
studies has shown that short sleep /lack of sleep/late bedtimes correlated with poor s***m health as in low s***m count, low motility, low survival rate etc.
sleep duration of 7-8 hours is adequate and better to rise and maintain general semen quality as well as quantity. if it is lower than that definitely affects motility ,concentration and greater number of abnormal s***m forms as well. although it is not good to have sleep more than 9 hours a day as it also reduces s***m quality.
while we think about treating MFI,one and the only focus is semen analysis reportโฆ..as I say always , MFI is always a secondary symptom [it is not even a disease] due to some primarily dominant and dormant factor, which our medical faculty fails to diagnose and address in many cases.
eg. In a sleep deprived male it is not possible to increase motility and concentration without addressing his sleep issue. this is well elaborated เคฌเคพเคฏ

need to change the perspective and way of treatments that we are doing ,asap as a long term goals. more people should be aware of what should be done and how??????????
