SANGAI VILLA, CN-01, Casuarina of Gangotree Homes & Holidays (formerly known as Synergy Holiday Village) is located at Bhor Taluka, midway between Pune and Satara road on NH 4. Dist: Pune, Maharashtra 412206, India.

The nearest airport is Pune International Airport, about 75 km from the villa. It is about 59 km from new Katraj Tunnel on NH 48, Pune and about 69km from Pune Railway station.

Sangai Villa is in its final stage of construction and will be ready and available to public as a part of the resort from April 2021 onwards.

Casuarina is a resort with an area of more than 100 acres with many bungalows, Swiss tents, camping tents, bamboo cottages, Container home, club house, cafeteria, activities area etc

About Sangai:
Sangai is an endemic and endangered subspecies of brow-antlered deer found only in Manipur, India. It is also the state animal of Manipur.Its common English name is Manipur brow-antlered deer or Eld's deer and the scientific name is Rucervus eldii eldii. Its original natural habitat is the floating marshy grasslands of the Keibul Lamjao National Park, located in the southern parts of the Loktak Lake, which is the largest freshwater lake in eastern India.
