For very low quantity and low volume casting, we are doing Lost Foam Casting (LFC), Full Mold casting (FMC) and vacuum assisted LFC. We have in house pattern making shop, which uses EPS / Styrofoam / thermocol / polystyrene sheet or blocks to make patterns for LFC. We are doing moulding in No bake, green sand, unbounded sand. We have been incurring huge investment in product development, quality control management and technology advancement to supply quality products of international standard.
