Introduction
Parashar Agritourism is registered center with MTDC [Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation] under Mahabhraman Scheme. Parashar Agritourism has started its work with celebrating Maharashtra’s 1st Grape Festival in April 2011. With working we have followed some discipline to serve our guests. As our culture is known for “Atithi Devo Bhav “and “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” it is our resp

onsibility to be on it. Through Parashar Agritourism we are trying to do so. Agriculture is not only farming but its culture of human being. Unfortunately with modernization we are on toe of advance facilities and all, we become addicted for Pizzas, burger and other fast food which is not good for health and this entire very well known by you too. Fortunately we are living in such country where we can eat fresh food on each day. We have to focus on it. This is our small effort to promote agriculture as a culture and to create awareness about farming and to help to give that prestige to farming. Parashar Agritourism is ideal model of community tourism where we have developed accommodation facilities on 1 acre barren land. To see different farm experiments we are taking farm tour on near about 60 acres of land which is cultivated by different farmers. When guests used to visit their farms, they can purchase fresh agriculture produce from them. During farm tour by seeing well maintained farm, your two words of appreciation will give encouragement to that farmer to work more. At Parshar Agritourism, we are celebrating so many festivals throughout the year. Grape festival [!5th Jan-10th April], Jatra Festival and Tamasha [Maharashtra folk art] festival during Holi period, Village Festival in August, Rainy festival , Diwali festival, Kojagiri Festval and many more.
“During taking our meal, we should not to waste it in plates” guests are moving from our place with this feeling after knowing that how tough work is to produce food.

कला ही आजूबाजूला घडणाऱ्या अगणित घटनांची एकत्रित नोंद आणि त्याची अभिव्यक्ती असते. त्याला कल्पनेच्या आवाक्याची जोड मिळाली की अफलातून निर्मिती होते. मग त्यासाठी माध्यम कुठलेही असो, निर्माण होणाऱ्या प्रत्येक कलाकृती सोबत, कला अजून उन्नत आणि उत्क्रांत होत जाते. कलाकृती साकारताना कला जरी बहरत असली तरी कलाकृतीकार मात्र नेहमीच रिता होत जातो, आणि त्यानं/तिनं तसं व्हायलाही हवं नाहीतर; नव्या घटनेची नवी नोंद आणि तशीच नव्याने अभिव्यक्ती निर्माण कशी होईल?

आराधना... तिच्या नावातच पूजा आहे, समर्पित भाव आहे. तिच्याविषयी लिहिण्यासारखं बरंच काही आहे. आणि ते सुद्धा फक्त यासाठी नाही की ती आतापर्यंत 3 वेळा पराशर वर येऊन गेलीय, किवा तिने माझं बंद असलेलं Instagram सुरू करून दिलंय किवा तिला छान डान्स येतो किवा तिचं व्यक्तिमत्व आकर्षक आहे... तिच्या विषयी लिहावं वाटलं कारण ती एक प्रेरणादायी ऊर्जा आहे.

जुन्नर, महाराष्ट्रातील पहिला पर्यटन तालुका. जुन्नर तालुक्यातून दोन राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग जातात. जुन्नर तालुक्याचा पूर्व पश्चिम विस्तार मोठा आहे, जवळपास 70 किलोमीटरच्या या विस्तारात 2000मिमी ते 500 मिमी पर्यंतच्या पावसाची रेंज बघायला मिळते. याच पाऊसमानाच्या भौगोलिकतेवर आधारित, सांस्कृतिक रचना जुन्नर तालुक्यामध्ये झालेली आहे.

ढोबळमानाने पुणे नाशिक महामार्गाच्या पश्चिमेकडे जुन्नर तालुक्यातील बरचंसं पर्यटन वैभव आहे, त्याचसोबत बजुन्नर तालुक्याच्या पूर्वबपट्ट्यातील जे काही मोजकं पर्यटन वैभव आहे, त्याचा आवाका, कालखंड आणि व्याप्ती ही पश्चिम जुन्नरशी समतोल अशी आहे.

"जुन्नरची पूर्वाई" या लेखातून आपण जुन्नरच्या पूर्व भागातील पर्यटन स्थळांचा मागवा घेतला आहे. पराशर कृषी व संस्कृती पर्यटन केंद्राच्या 20 किलोमीटर परिसरात आणि 30 मिनिटांच्या प्रवासाच्या आत येणाऱ्या पर्यटन स्थळांचा समावेश या लेखात केलेला आहे.

मॅडम, माझी आई मला भेटायला फ्रान्सवरून आली आहे. तिला 4 दिवस ग्रामीण भारत दाखवायचा आहे, तसंच गप्पा मारायला निवांतपणा ही हवा आहे, आम्हाला कुठे जाता येईल हे आपण सांगू शकाल का? सिम्बॉयसिसच्या मृणाल मॅडमला कॅपूसीन या फ्रेंच मुलीचा मेसेज आला.

कॅपूसीन, तिच्या महाविद्यालयीन शिक्षणाच्या एका कोर्ससाठी, 6 महिन्यांपासून पुण्यात राहत होती. लोला, तिची आई तिला भेटायला पुण्यात आलेली.

परदेशी लोकं, त्यात दोन्ही महिला अशा परिस्थितीत त्यांना ग्रामीण भारत अनुभवायला सुरक्षित आणि ऑथेंटिक जागा म्हणून मृणाल मॅडम ने आपल्या पराशर कृषी व संस्कृती पर्यटन केंद्राचं नाव सुचवलं.

त्यांनी माझा नंबर कॅपुसीन ला दिला. पुढील सोपस्कारासाठी मला कॅपूसीनचा मेसेज आला. मी अमरनाथ यात्रेला गेलो असल्याने कॅपूसीन आणि लोला या मायलेकीला त्यांच्या चार दिवसांच्या पराशर कृषी व संस्कृती पर्यटन केंद्रावरील वास्तव्याला नम्रता बघणार होती.

आपल्या पराशर वरील मंडळींच्या साथीने, 4 दिवसात कॅपूसीन आणि लोला यांनी आजूबाजूचा शेतशिवार, त्यातील पीक पद्धती, महिला शेतकरी, एक संध्याकाळ शेतकऱ्याच्या घरी, शेतकऱ्याच्या घरचे जेवण, आठवडी बाजार, गावातील ग्रामपंचायतीचे 23 हजार पुस्तकांचे वाचनालय, 49 वर्ष जुनी दुग्ध सहकारी संस्था इत्यादी गोष्टी मोठ्या उत्साहाने पाहिल्या आणि अनुभवल्या.

माझी 7 वर्षांची मुलगी आहिल्या, ही गावातीलच जिल्हा परिषदेच्या शाळेत इयत्ता दुसरीला जाते. ती जेव्हा शाळेतून आली तेव्हा तिचा गणवेश बघून, लोलाची उत्सुकता चाळवली. त्याला कारणही तसंच होतं,

फ्रान्समध्ये लोला नर्सरी टीचर होती. तसेच तिचा लहान मुलांची सायकॉलॉजी, त्यांची शिकण्याची मानसिकता, वयोगट आणि परिस्थिती हे विषय तिच्या आवडीचे आणि अभ्यासाचे होते. त्यामुळे साहजिकच ग्रामीण भारतातील शिक्षण पद्धती बघायची ही संधी अहिल्याच्या शाळेच्या भेटीच्या निमित्ताने तिला मिळणार होती.

लोलाने नम्रता जवळ ही गोष्ट बोलून दाखवली आणि मग दुसऱ्या दिवशी कॅपूसीन व लोला या मायलेकिं सोबत नम्रता अहिल्याच्या म्हणजेच गावातल्या जिल्हा परिषदेत शाळेत गेल्या.

शाळा अतिशय रम्य परिसरात आणि कौलारू इमारतीची अजूनही एक टिकून आहे. शाळेतील बोलक्या भिंती, स्वच्छ परिसर हा मनमोहुन टाकणारा दिसतो. शाळा आणि शालेय परिसराच्या प्रेमातच लोला वेडी झाली, तिने मुलांची पुस्तकं बघितली. मराठी भाषा जरी कळली नाही, तरी त्यावरील चित्रांच्या माध्यमातून तिला जिल्हा परिषद शाळेतील शिक्षण पद्धती आणि काठिण्य पातळी लक्षात आली.

मग शिक्षकांशी गप्पा मारत असताना एक एक गोष्ट उलगडत गेली, मग त्यामध्ये शालेय पोषण आहार, शासनाकडून मिळणारा मोफत गणवेश, पुस्तके याविषयी लोलाने मोठ्या आत्मीयतेने माहिती घेतली.

तिला खरं आश्चर्य वाटलं ते तेव्हा, जेव्हा तिला कळलं शाळा आणि परिसराची स्वच्छता, शाळेतील मुलं स्वतः करतात ते. जगातील कुठल्याही शाळेतील पहिला संस्कार तो स्वयंशिस्त आणि स्वयंस्वच्छता हा असतो, जो खऱ्या अर्थाने आपल्या जिल्हा परिषदेच्या शाळेच्या माध्यमातून दिला जात आहे, हे बघून लोला आश्चर्यचकित झाली.

ग्रामीण संस्कृतीचा अनुभव घेत असताना तिला भारतातील गाव, सहकाराची चळवळ, शिक्षण पद्धती या गोष्टींचा प्रत्यक्ष दर्शी अनुभव तर मिळालाच पण त्यासोबत तिने आपल्या मुलीला जोपर्यंत तू पुण्यात आहेस तेव्हा, जेव्हा कधी तुला घराची आठवण येईल तेव्हा इथे आवर्जून येत जा असं निक्षून सांगितलं.

आपल्या पराशर कृषी व संस्कृती पर्यटन केंद्राच्या माध्यमातून मागील 11वर्षांत देश-विदेशातील अनेक पै पाहुणे आले, आपल्याकडून जे शक्य आहे ते सर्व प्रकारचे आदरातिथ्य देण्याचा प्रयत्न आपण केला, करत आलो. बदल्यात व्यवहाराच्या पलीकडचं एक आपुलकीचं आणि प्रेमाचं नातं बनत गेलं. आज पराशर जे काही उभं आहे, ते अशा जगाच्या कानाकोपऱ्यातून आलेल्या पै पाहुण्यांमुळे आणि त्यांनी पराशरला आणि पराशरच्या सेवेला तथास्तु म्हटल्यामुळेच.

The purpose is to understand the current mechanization in grape growing & scope of future requirements. Our young farmers have catered the masterpiece of practical wisdom to the John Deere Team. For them, it's very practical & ground level 1st hand experience & exposure too. Mr. Ganesh Deshmukh from Deshmukh Academic Tours has made this happen with the kind support of Mahesh Sir from John Deere India Team. Grape growers from Rajuri Village like Ravi Dumbre, Amol Hadawale, Viraj Hadawale, Chandrashekhar Ghangale, Rajiv Auti, Goraksha Hadawale, B T Dumbre, Suresh & Yashwant Borchate, Sarvesh Auti, Sagar Bhatkal & Yogesh, Abhishek Ghangale, Babu Hadawale are the expert of this exposure event. We, Parashar Agri & Culture Tourism have always utilized this platform for an extension of agricultural science & technology. Being farmer’s son & Agriculture Post Graduate, we believe that, for sustainable development of the farming sector, awareness among the grower about quality & safe food production & awareness among the consumer about process & hardship of food production is very essential. Through Bharat Immersion Program, we are planning to reach more stakeholders of the agriculture sector like seed industry, manuring & fertilization industry, irrigation management industry, food processing & packaging industry, agricultural finance industry & livelihood parameters of rural India.
