The view from another perspective.

I visited the and saw this monk enjoying the beautiful view. It made me think to myself what is happiness.

How easy is it to be happy if we can control what we crave for. The moment we start craving for something it is a sign of dis-contentment and dissatisfaction with what is.

We always want something which is not and because it is not, it makes us feel miserable. We can overcome this misery if we realise that we are becoming miserable.

The problem arises when we don’t realise it and this desire of wanting what is not, making you feel miserable overpowers us without even knowing it and we become addicted to craving.

This only intensifies it and makes the situation far worse and we start to work on how to achieve what is not and in the process stress us even more.
