Short discription about this fest is, it falls in the month of September , wherein people of village hikes up to the mountain peaks to bring precious varities of Himalayan flowers..after collecting it bring back to one place.. and prepare same into beautiful garlands which is to be presented to village Deities.. people dances on the sounds of instrument called kayang and sings songs in praise of village Deities.. In turn people gets blessed by Deities..this festival runs for 3-4 days...
The wise man knows that it is better to sit on the banks of a remote mountain stream than to be emperor of the whole world...
