Shri Digambar Bada Jain Mandir, Seoni, MP, India

The Digambar Jain Mandir in Seoni is a special structure with 18 different types of ‘shikars’ with each shikar having different types of sculptures. The entire temple complex was built in different time periods. The flooring in the temple complex is done by using costly stones like Marble, sangmusa and Firozabad stones. The walls and windows are decorated with different types and colours of glass pieces. The oldest temple in this complex is the Parshvnath Temple.

The huge skyscrapers and pinnacles of the temple have unique specimens of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madras, Punjabi, Mughal and Rajasthani art. The art connoisseurs also get surprised by seeing the art of many provinces in a temple.

Bade Baba's temple having the statue of Lord Parshvanath sits in it, the installation of this statue was by Late Shri Sukhlalji Shah had done Magh Shukla on 2,1910. It is located in Shukrawari, the main market area of seoni city.

Falls under Chhindwara district and but close to Seoni city(28km), this temple of Shashti Mata is famous temple of Mahakaushal.

Every Tuesday, a large number of devotees come here. There are many features of this temple which make this temple special in itself. It is believed that coming to this temple fulfills all the wishes and dryness of children is also cured. Due to the fame of the temple, people from far and wide come here to visit.

It is said that in the year 1923, the statue of Goddesses was incarnated from the well. A total of six idols came out of these. There were three together and three different idols. Temple trustee Shiv Shankar Srivastava told that his grandmother had a dream that there is an idol of the goddess in the well of the farm. After which in the year 1923, when his grandfather got the well cleaned, the statues of 6 goddesses came out. These idols were named in Shashti Mata because 6 idols came out from here.

Not Only Seoni but this temple is famous across Central India as it has the world's largest Single Crystal ('Sphatik') Shivalinga and this Shivalinga is founded exactly at birth place of Dwipeethadhishwar Jagatguru Shankracharya Swami Shri Swaroopanand Saraswati Jee. Shivalinga was founded by him on 22nd February, 2002 in a week long ceremony. Locally this is also known as 'Gurudham'. Campus of temple is large and beautiful. Large Crowd of devotees can be observed here on occasion of Mahashivratri and saawan every year.

Seoni is a city and a municipality in Seoni district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. This tribal household dominated district was formed in the year 1956. Rudyard Kipling used the forests in the vicinity of Seoni, or as was spelled during British colonial rule, Seeonee, as the setting for the Mowgli stories in The Jungle Book and The Second Jungle Book (1894–1895), although the area is not an actual rainforest. Seoni is a city where tributary of the river Godavari, the Wainganga, originates. Seoni is reachable by road, major adjacent cities Nagpur and Jabalpur. The National Highway 44 north–south corridor crosses from Seoni. The nearest airport is in Nagpur (130 km); a small airport (air-strip) is available at Seoni near Sukhtara village for landing charter aeroplanes/helicopters. The Wainganga is a river in India originating in the Mahadeo Hills in Mundara near the village Gopalganj in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh. It is a key tributary of the Godavari. The river flows south in a winding course through the states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, roughly 579 km (360 mi). After joining the Wardha River, the united stream, which is known as the Pranahita River, empties into the Godavari River at Kaleshwaram, Telangana.

Kali Temple, Ashta, Seoni, MP, India The Kali temple of Ashta, built in the 13th century, is maintained by the Archaeological Department. The people of the district have a lot of faith in this temple and people come here in festivals like Navaratri. This temple is being renovated. The temple work was stopped due to Navratri. Architectural design This temple of Ashta, located 25 km from Barghat tehsil headquarters, tells the story of the district's glorious past. This magnificent temple standing on thousands of big stones has been facing the brunt of the weather for the last eight centuries. The architecture of the temple is characterized by the fact that the temple is of the glacial style and the square stones of the pavilion are gilded with iron rods. The temple was built in one night It is known that this temple was constructed in one night. People say that the temple was built in one night due to the miracle of the Mother Goddess, but due to some disruption, the work of the temple remained incomplete.
