3 friends with their children from Delhi and Gurgaon were the recent guests at our Buransh Homestay who stayed for few days with us. It was a pleasure meeting and hosting them and we look forward to seeing them soon.

It was great hosting Mr. Karthik and Mr. Amar's families for few days at our Buransh Homestay recently. We have worked closely with Mr. Karthik in tourism sector previously and is a very good friend of ours. This time we got an apportunity to meet and host him and his family alongwith Mr. Amar's family. We look forward to host them all again in coming time.

Buransh - a village homestay in Shimla Hills is situated in a peaceful and scenic village of Kawalag, pretty close from Shimla downtown. It has 03 ensuite guest rooms with balconies and a common living room which are tastefully furnished and are equipped with all necessary comforts. All rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and valleys and is an ideal place for a peaceful and relaxed stay. It's a typical homestay and the host family also resides in the same premises and personally takes care of the guests. Homely cooked delicious food is served which includes local Himachali delicacy as well. There is an ample open space to roam around with open agricultural fields surrounded by the homestay and options of nature walks are also available onsite. Short and long day hikes are possible nearby. An open lawn with magnificent views has been developed within a walkable distance for yoga and meditation, day picnics or just to spend some quality time there. No television in the room but there is one in the living room which is equipped with HD channels. It is also an ideal place for those who are looking for a homestay for work purpose as there is a good wifi connection enabled. Celebrated 02 occasions simultaneously with guests during their stay. First it was the 76th birthday of the host and head of the family (my father) and secondly it was 13th wedding anniversary of guests Shweta and Nitin.

Both Shweta and Nitin went one step ahead and insisted to had dinner in our kitchen where we usually have it ourselves on normal days. Shweta even gave her hand in helping the hostess (my mother) by making chapattis (Indian bread). They enjoyed that particular time and we equally so.
