Dear Airtel India
I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the network coverage provided by Airtel in my area. I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for several years now, but the deteriorating quality of service has left me with no choice but to lodge this complaint.
Despite living in a densely populated urban area, I have been experiencing frequent and persistent network issues for the past few months. The problems I encounter on a daily basis include dropped calls, call quality degradation, delayed text messages, and slow internet speeds. These issues have not only disrupted my personal and professional communications but have also caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I have made numerous attempts to seek resolution for these problems by reaching out to your customer care helpline, but unfortunately, the responses received have been unsatisfactory. The representatives I spoke to were unable to provide a concrete explanation for the network issues, and the solutions suggested were temporary and failed to address the root cause of the problem.
Moreover, I have noticed that the network signal strength fluctuates throughout the day, leading to inconsistent service. This has made it increasingly difficult for me to rely on Airtel's network for essential tasks such as making important calls, accessing the internet, and staying connected with my family and friends.
I would like to emphasize that I have been paying my bills promptly and have fulfilled my obligations as a customer. Therefore, I strongly believe that I deserve a reliable and consistent network service in return for my loyalty and timely payments.
In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the network issues in my area and identify the causes of the problem.
2. Take immediate steps to rectify the network coverage problems to ensure consistent and reliable service.
3. Keep me informed about the progress of the resolution and provide a timeline for when the issues will be resolved.
If the network issues persist without any meaningful improvement, I will have no option but to consider terminating my contract with Airtel and seeking services from another provider. However, I believe that Airtel values its customers and their satisfaction, and I hope that my concerns will be given the attention they deserve.
