There are a few videos already available on youtube then why did I write 'first time on internet' ? Because those videos are of only Keran village. There's isn't a single video of this spot. This spot is known as Kotwal and it's in the Keran Sector, Kupwara disttt, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Also I am the only guy who has uploaded comprehensive Keran Sector Travel guide on my YouTube channel.😛

Anyways let's talk about this place.

Bilal bhai(co-owner of Raja Tents, Keran) took us to this beautiful spot which requires a trek of around 2-3 hrs passing through Keran Bala and Keran pine village. He told us you are the first outsiders to visit this spot. One can get a full overview of Pakistan's Neelum Valley from this spot.

This is the only closest border point in India from where one can see POK, People of POK and can even talk to them with a little efforts. There is no army no fencing nothing. Only a river stream separates people on both sides.

On both sides the village name is same ie Keran. Around 1990 leaving apart 5-7 families all people from Indian side of Keran migrated to Pakistani side of Keran. While Pakistani side is very much developed, ours is in very bad state with no roads/no network connectivity while Pakistani side has high speed 4G and butter smooth highway.

Indian government has allowed tourists to visit this border area this year only.
