Celebrating World Heritage Week 2021. Here is an exquisite view of "Pari Mahal' meaning "The House of Fairies" in Srinagar is a majestic historic monument that is located above the alluring Chashma Shahi Gardens. A short drive further, along a spur of the Zabarwan Hill, lie the seven massive terraces of Pari Mahal (also known as Quintile), with wonderful views. This age old monument displays the architectural brilliance of the medieval times. A vast and beautiful garden surrounds this structure. Built by Dara Shiko, the son of Emperor Shahi Jahan, the Pari Mahal was dedicated to Dara's Sufi teacher Mulla Shah. Decorated with a number of fascinating fountains, the Pari Mahal was at one point of time a beautiful garden. At night, Pari Mahal is surely worth a visit which makes a splendid sight as an important tourist attraction of Kashmir. The rich heritage of Jammu & Kashmir is an important part of its tourism. 💕💕💕
