Our guest from Amritsar Mr.Alok jee along with family visited Kashmir valley.They had a wonderful tour but in pahlagam they were not happy with the hotel as it was far from the market so they told us to bring them back to Srinagar . We did that because our top priority is the satisfaction of our guests.
We did our best but it is the guest who decides.
