Discovering the rich culture of Jordan is truly an unforgettable experience. From the bustling souks to the ancient ruins, every corner of this country is steeped in history and tradition.

One of our favorite cultural experiences was visiting the ancient city of Petra. As we walked through the Siq, the narrow gorge that leads to the city, we were in awe of the towering sandstone cliffs that surrounded us. And when we reached the Treasury, carved into the rock face, we couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder and amazement at the incredible engineering and artistry of the Nabataean people.

But there's more to Jordan than just Petra. We also loved exploring the old city of Amman, where we wandered through the markets, tasted delicious street food, and learned about the city's rich history. And the Bedouin culture, with their hospitality and ancient way of life, left a lasting impression on us.

Off to a little adventure of her own to Sólheimasandur in the South coast of Iceland.🤩 A one hour hike leads you to a sight that looks like it was painted from a science fiction!💁‍♀️ A “photographer’s paradise”📸 as she calls it, the plane is a United States Navy DC plane that crashed on the black beach at Sólheimasandur in 1975. Interestingly, it crashed because of running out of fuel but as a matter of fact, the pilot had switched to the wrong fuel tank! Thankfully, everyone on that plane survived! The vast expanse of ocean, the ethereal sky and the plane makes up for the most perfect picture opportunity.😍 And not doing the “Shah Rukh Khan” pose wouldn’t do justice to the trip, would it?😁
