The thought of creating my own travel company come to my mind when I was sitting on footpath outside Hotel Ambassador in Bangkok, Thailand with my baggage and along with my close few friends. Surprised ?.....
It all started with my first ever international tour. Everyone will be so much exited when they go for life’s first international tour. New country, new place, new people , new environment,
everything is new. all this mix feelings in mind… we land on unforeseen land…between unseen people with only one belief and one relief in our heart and mind that our TRAVEL AGENT will do everything good for us…. But… me and my group, we were not so much lucky... at airport we were promised that driver will be flashing my name card when we arrive at Gate # 3.. yeah,,, he do come,, but only after more than THREE hours… the phone of our local agent switched off .. so we have to wait… what else can we do? Where can we go ? And when we reach to Pattaya… our booking was not made in hotel…. This all happened after we have made full payment in India !!! And.. after we reach Bangkok.. same thing again.. Our hotel booking was not done by our travel agent…..so we have to sit on the footpath and wait till we can arrange money to pay to the hotel and get inside our rooms….. And that day I think for the first time about having my own traveling company…. They say….Every dark cloud have silver lining,,, yeah.. I do believe in it now…
My very bad experience in my first ever tour by TRAVEL AGENT have teach me many things…
