Tracking your progress is one very important part of your journey and it’s very important to track it right as it’s the deciding factor for the changes in the diet or workouts and sometimes your weight is not just enough to judge your progress so here are few things you can do to track your progress better.

1. Click your pictures- Clicking your pictures in every 7-10 days would help you a lot in judging the difference, sometimes you might not see the difference on the scale but visible changes might be there so clicking pictures can help you figure out the same.

2. Track your measurements- Taking all the measurements can help you judge if you are losing body fat also might help you judge if you are putting on some muscle too, comparing measurements on week to week basis will help you know if you are progressing or not.

3. Track energy levels- I would personally suggest you to do this so that you know at what point or at what calories do you really feel low on energy, this will help you figure out how many calories to drop without feeling drained out all the time, you can also judge your recovery by this, you might be eating right but then still if your energy levels are low throughout the day then you might be not recovering well or maybe the workout is too much for you so better track your energy levels too.

4. Track your Physical activity- Track your physical activity throughout the day in terms of your cardio, workouts and your NEAT, this will help you figure out things in future- How much physical activity do you need to make progress.
