We are hiring for a Tele Caller/ Operation Executive at our Thane & Delhi Location.

Responsibilities

· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email. Candidate Should Possess Good Communication Skills.

· Making sales calls, and continuously updating the database.

· Should be Fluent in English & Hindi.

· Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients

· Handle correspondence related to all selling activities.

· Shall Be able to handle the entire process from lead generation to end-user sale independently

· Preparing and sending proposals, including itineraries and costings.

· Experience in designing domestic holiday packages is essential.

· Dealing & Negotiating with Hotels & vendors.

· Updating & Maintaining the Company's social media accounts

· Fast Learner and Capable of working independently/Self Motivated.

· Should have excellent written and oral skills in the English language

· Go getter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with start-up.

Qualifications

· Graduate & Min 1 Year Experience

· Basic Knowledge of Excel, Email, Internet Good Communication, and People skills.
