As a passionate advocate for conservation, I've been limiting my Facebook posts, but I cannot remain silent about the recent developments in Chattisgarh. With the BJP assuming power and emphasizing development for their "MITRON," we face a stark contradiction. While striving for a net-zero future by 2027, we risk devastating ancient green forests, crucial habitats for large mammals and diverse biodiversity, and displacing tribal communities in the pursuit of coal and meeting our nation's energy demands. It's a critical moment to raise awareness and advocate for sustainable choices to protect our environment and its inhabitants. save
