There is no other teertham (divine lake) like Lord Venkateswara’s Pushkarini.
The Lord’s crown has the beauty of one crore Kandarpas.
The Lord’s chest, which is decorated with garlands is Goddess Lakshmi’s abode.
The Lord’s manifestation has four arms, with two holding the sanku and chakra.
The Lord is ‘Neelameghavarnam’ (blue-complexioned).
I salute this Lord Vishnu, who is accompanied by His consorts, Sridevi and Bhudevi.

TIRUPPAVAI PARAYANAM TO COMMENCE

TIRUMALA, 14 DECEMBER 2021: With the advent of the holy Dhanurmasam from December 16 onwards, the sacred Tiruppavai Pasura Parayanam will commence in Pedda Jeeyar mutt at Tirumala from Thursday onwards.

Every day there will be each Pasura Parayanam between 8:30am and 9:30am and will conclude on January 14 in 2022.

The annual Pushpayaga Mahotsavam was held with religious fervour in Tirumala temple on Thursday evening.
The processional deities of Sri Malayappa Swamy, Sridevi, and Bhudevi were seated on a special platform and a floral bath with tonnes of 14 varieties of flowers was rendered to the deities in Kalyanotsava Mandapam between 1 pm and 5 pm by Archakas amidst chanting of Vedic mantras.
Earlier in the morning, Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to the deities on 11th November, 2021.
