Often, while chasing for the bigger things we forget to be grateful and give time to the closed ones - RESULT? We lose them. A piece of advice - Don’t forget to tell them how important they are whenever you get the opportunity. 🌸

How can a DUMPYARD look so DREAMY?? 🌸

This place in Rajasthan felt - out of the world. There were around 100 of people trying to capture the perfect photos.

There were professional photographers and videographers who seemed to be shooting a music video at one end and a couple capturing their pre-wedding moments on the other.

And while I was enjoying the picturesque location - I couldn’t stop but think “This is a dumpyard and logically it has to have some CONSEQUENCES”🥲

So I did some RESEARCH - and got to know that the dumpyard has marble slurry which is actually carcinogenic dust and can potentially lead to respiratory issues, eye and skin irritations.

But everything is good unless you spend a long time there or try to feel the marble dust.😄

Nevertheless - there is no harm if you go for a short visit and You MUST go for a short visit.♥️

Sandakphu is a small but a Mesmerizing trek. Honestly, our phones and skills doesn't justify what you may expect from Sandakphu and it's beauty :)

Having said that, Sandakphu is a weekend getaway destination. A good getaway for the people from Kolkata and others can merge it with their itinerary including Darjeeling, Kalimpong and other beautiful destinations in North Bengal. 🍁

📍SANDAKPHU : Best time to visit.

The best time to visit this beautiful place is from September to January/February.
During this time the sky is the clearest and the clouds are generally floating below the mountains as a result of which you get amazingly clear,sparkling and fresh views of the mountains and the sky.
The beauty of a sea of clouds below the foots of the mountains is a sight to behold.

RD suggests September to January for you all to get the bestest views of and from this place.

📍SANDAKPHU • The First Pit • How to reach Sandakphu , West Bengal

Sandakphu plays along the borders of Nepal and West Bengal when it comes to its location and is known to provide breathtaking panoramic views of the whole Himalayan range,covering even the Everest and Kanchenjunga ranges.

You can take a flight to Bagdogra airport and then hire a car to Manebhanjan,which is going to be your first stop.

Be it trekking or by car,you have to get a pass from here and then you go on to Tumling and then to Sandakphu.

Sandakphu is also known to be one of the last places to have a Land Rover’s association and the roads are so dangerous that except for Marshalls and Land Rovers,no other cars are allowed.

RAW Advice : Well the road and the ride might be bumpy,but the view and experience that you get at the end of it are definitely worth it.

#3 What happened in the END, was really SCARY 🥲 Anyway - here is what you should know if you are planning a trip to MANGALORE: 1) Mangalore is just 7 hours drive 🚘from Bangalore and has the most pristine beaches (my fav beaches are covered in the next upcoming reel) 2) Mangalore has an airport ✈️ however it is quite far from the main city. 3) There are really amazinh properties near Ullal beach 🏝️ 4) @camp21holidays is my go to place and apart from ry fancy wooden cabins- it has dorms too ✅ 5) There is Someshwara Beach & Temple near @camp21holidays and is one of the best spots for witnessing pretty SUNSETS. 6) I don’t have a DISCOUNT COUPON CODE 🎫but hey, I get friend perks. Here you also have to see if you have a friend in Bangalore as the distance from Bangalore airport to train stop is quite a lot plus Bangalore traffic 😅 2) Book your tickets directly to Trivandrum OR Kochi. According to my research - flights to Kochi are more economical. ✈️ 3) We strategically landed in Mangalore (Karnataka) as we got direct flight till here from Delhi at just INR 6000 and we could also explore this beautiful beach destination ✨🍁 🌴FROM SOUTH 1) Just TAKE A TRAIN as soon as you plan for Kerala. Netravati Express from Bangalore is quite convenient for destinations like Varkala ✅ 2) Take Sleeper Volvo Buses. Please note this might cost you a bomb.
