Quebec’s immigration system continues to attract skilled professionals from various fields with its latest Arrima draw issuing 1,036 invitations for Canada immigration through the Arrima Expression of Interest system. This draw, held on April 11, targeted candidates in skilled trades, technology, engineering, health, and teaching occupations.
Skilled Trades: Candidates in skilled trades occupations needed a French language proficiency level of 7 or higher on the Quebec scale and a minimum score of 536 on the Quebec Expression of Interest points system. The draw targeted professions such as:
Tech, Engineering, Health, and Teaching: Professionals in these fields were required to have a French language proficiency level of 7 or higher and score at least 606 on the Expression of Interest points system. This group included occupations
Candidates With Job Offers Outside Montreal: Candidates in this group also needed a French language proficiency level of 7 or higher and a job offer outside the Montreal metropolitan area. There was no minimum score requirement for this category.
