“We had 7N/8D trip to Andaman booked through Sangini Travels who is no doubt our preferred agency for all our trips due to wonderful experience that we had Ms Parina. She was personally involved in everything right before travel till it ended. What we loved that she and our tour managers were accessible at any given hour. Over and above Ms Parina provided with excellent after sales service she personally followed up each and everyday to see if we were comfortable each and every day. This kind of personal touch is usually forgotten in other private tour companies. During our first day at Port blair when we were not getting food as per our choice since we were the only guest in the hotel she and the tour manager took personal steps that we got whatever food we want and from wherever we want. The hotels were very comfortable and the whole trip was very well planned. They were flexible enough to change things as per our preference. Our happiness is what mattered and that is an amazing and warm feeling to have. Overall we had a wonderful time thanks to Sangini travel which never lets you feel alone and have ensured that we were happy and comfortable throughout. They would keep themselves in your shoes and make decisions to ensure everything goes smoothly. Everything from accomodation to tour managers (who were wonderful & friendly people) to food and activities was all very well planned and executed which in return helps you have an amazing experience.
I would just like to say with Sangini Travels & Ms Parina your trips are going to be Hakuna Matata, travel without worries and just enjoy the journey. I am thankful to them for my amazing experience.”
