In the lap of Western Ghats, Sankar waterfall is the largest and mesmerizing waterfall of Valsad nested in Vaghval Village of Dharmpur.

Astro Voyage at Wilson Hill, Dharampur organised by District Administration, Valsad and District Science Centre, Dharampur.

Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Mars, Andromeda Galaxy(M31), Orion Nebula(M42), Pleiades (M45) were seen through a telescope during the programme. Other constellations/Zodiac like Aries, Auriga, Canis Major, Cassiopeia, Gemini, Orion, Ta**us while Stars like Aldebaran (Rohini), Betelgeuse, Capella, Castor, Pollux, Polaris, Sirius, etc. were shown to visitors with the help of Laser Torch.

Tadkeshwar Mahadev
A very old temple of Tadkeshwar Mahadeo, is situated at Abrama, 2 kms away from Valsad on the bank of River Wanki on the Valsad-Vapi state highway. As per the legend, the God was named as Tadkeshwar Mahadeo, as the roof over the temple could not be constructed even after repeated efforts. A grand fair is held here on the Mahashivratri Day.

Vekaria Hamuman Temple
On the Sea coast of Bhadeli- Kosamba villages, there is a very old Vekaria Hanuman Temple. Hanumandada consecrated in the temple, enjoys full faith of the sailors. One can reach Kosamba by a bus rickshaw & then reach the temple by a boat. As the idol was found from "Vekaria"; Hanumanji came to be known as Vekaria. Hanuman Jayanti falling on full moon day of Hindu Chaitra month is celebrated with great enthusiasm. Devotees are offered free-boat facilities by the sailors.

Parnera- Navratri festivals
There are two magnificent temples of Shri Chandika Mataji and Shri Mahakali Mataji on the hill of Parnera village in Valsad taluka of South Gujarat. A very large number of pilgrims come here. Two festivals of Chaitra Navratri and Asho Navratri are celebrated here every year. A fair is also organized by the trust on the eighth day of Asho Navratri. It is estimated that more than two lakh pilgrims visit this fair. Every Poonam, Bhandara is also organized in the temple on the hill. As well as mountaineering program is also organized by Valsad district administration and forest department.

Lady Wilson Museum-
Dharampur To commemorate the silver jubilee of his rule over Dharampur State, the then king Mohandevji got Jubilee hall built. H.E. Vijaydevji the last king and son of ex. king Mohandevji, got the hall converted in to a museum, which was inaugurated by lady wilson on 31" January 1928. Eventually, the same became famous as L.W. Museum. To focus folk culture a special section has been created on the first floor. The museum came to be known as "Human Culture Museum " the world over.

Tithal Beach is a beach along the Arabian Sea located 4 km west of Valsad town. This beach is famous for its black sand. It is a popular tourist destination of Valsad. Apart from the beach, places of interest at Tithal including two major temples- the Shri Sai Baba temple located 1.5 km south of the main beach and Shri Swami Narayan temple located 1.6 km north of the main beach. Both the temples overlook the Arabian Sea.

Nargol beach
Nargol is a charming coastal village in Valsad District, situated near the Maharashtra border, Gujarat. A Famous Aviary, often visited by the Parsis which is the oldest and most famous of the Parsi fire temples, is also present near the beach.It’s perfect place for people in search of Beach with silence & looking for some Gothic/Heritage touch in place. Saibaba Temple Tithal
Param Pujya SAIBABA inspired his diyaman devotee and Oliyaman Shri Ramanlal Chhaganlal Panwala of Valsad to build a Baba temple as a surrounding Valsad. It is situated near tithal beach. The temple was established in the year 1982. The marbles were used in the construction of the temple. The two words “Shraddha and “Saburi” is written on the wall. “Shraddha means to have faith and Saburi means to be calm.”
