In Indian lak of govt emp ,bank employee, army ,Navy , airforce, CRPF, Railway, BSF, central govt employees and many more department who giving their services to country, In our country 100+ local language, how is it possible to learn all states local language, and they are suffering due to political party workers and narrow minded people who don't think about Developed country or .. without a common language we can make .. so we request to to make Hindi National language and English official language for Bharat and third language state ..

given in constitution to promote Hindi it's 75 years completed how many more year need to take promote only .. it's time to make as official language of Bharat and English will be second supporting language them state language as third language.
