Beautiful place of ANDHRA PRADESH, BOJJANNAKONDA, vizag.

History of BOJJANNAKONDA.

A group of six rock-cut caves, the origin of Bojjannakonda can be dated back to the 4th century AD when Buddhism found its way in the region. The intricately carved statues of Gautam Buddha attract several tourists and devotees to this place. Several Buddhist monks travel to this place to meditate and others come to unwind amidst nature. Make sure that you include this spot in your itinerary as it is one of the best places to visit in Vizag.

Kondaveedu is once the capital of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Orrisa.

Kondaveedu Fort is in Kondaveedu village in the Chilakaluripet constituency of Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is located 16 miles west of Guntur City. It is a hill fortress located 1,700 feet above m.s.l.
Apart from this main fort, there are two other forts nearby.
Kondaveedu represents the historical significance of the Kondaveedu kingdom.
Kondaveedu is in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.
Kondaveedu was the capital of Reddy kingdom in the 14th and 15th centuries A.D. Srinadha, Errapragada were the court poets of Kondaveedu reddy kings. Errana was the kavitrayam of Telugu poets.

TATIPUDI RESERVOIR

A Water reservoir on river Gosthani, this is yet another famous picnic spot near Vizag. Secluded and calm, the Tatipudi reservoir is ideal for some quiet time in nature and long walks. There is a Vinayaka temple here you can visit and also go on a boat ride. There aren’t any places to eat, so carry your own snacks.
