Iran's 4 Conditions For Indian Tourists Who Wish To Travel Visa-Free

Iran has become the latest country in the past few months to give visa-free access to Indian Tourists.

Indian Tourists can now visit Iran for a maximum of 15 days without a visa.
Here are the four conditions under which you can travel to Iran visa-free:
Indians holding ordinary passports will be allowed to enter the country without a visa once every six months, with a maximum stay of 15 days. This 15-day stay period cannot be extended.
The visa-free rule applies to individuals entering Iran for tourism purposes only.
If Indians wish to stay for a longer period or make multiple entries within a six-month period, they must get a visa.
The visa-free rule specifically applies to Indians entering the country by air.

Margoon Waterfall: Included in our October 2023 Tour

After 2 Hours Drive from Shiraz

Margoon Waterfall is one of the most beautiful Waterfalls in Iran and is located in the vicinity of the Sepidan city at the border of Fars and Kohgilouye & Boyer Ahmad province. In fact, this waterfall is the headwater and no river runs on the top area of its height. Rather, several hundred mini springs are boiling from the trunk of the cliffs and making a wonderful waterfall. In this regard, Margoon is the largest and tallest spring waterfall in the world.

If you belong to a group of people who like to see the beauty of nature from a new angle, you can visit Margoon Falls from an entirely different viewpoint, our suggestion is to take the tang-e- Margoon valley toward the Falls. After a 2-hour driving from Shiraz and spending a day, you can see the Margoon falls coming out of the heart of cliffs. This journey includes three hours of walking in the water in the tang-e-Margoon valley, where you can hear the roaring river and see the wild trees. Eventually, you arrive at the top of the tall cliffs which have the same height as the roaring springs of the Margoon falls. While watching the turbulent water from that height and seeing heavy flow hitting the ground, we can hear the sound of excitement inside us. To reach the Margoon Water falls, we’ll have climbing down of 20 meters falls ahead, which is less seen by the visitors.

After landing from the fall, we should swim a 25 meters pond which is the main reason that other visitors do not get the chance to see this fall. The highest altitude of this path is 2320 meters at the beginning of the route, and the lowest is 2140 meters, at the end of the hiking path where the car parking lot is.

Because of its Historical background and formation of ancient civilizations like Mannaeans, Uratrians, Medians, and Assyrians, Maku County West Azerbaijan contains several ancient historical areas each of which have a high capacity for tourism industry development.
The remains of Maku Castle can be seen in the highest point of Maku County under a high umbrella rock. The time of the castle destruction is not known; most probably its initial building belongs to pre-Islam period to which some battlements were added later.
