In offering services Taban is confronted with vast variety of passengers with different conditions. It tries to provide services for all the passengers based on their conditions. Please make your reservation as far in advance of your flight as possible, particularly if you have sp

ecial requirements. The more information we have about you and any special requirements you have, the better prepared we will be to meet your needs when you arrive at the airport. Iran Air requires at Least 48 hours advance notice if you need special care, for example if you: – have a visual or hearing impairment and need assistance (this needs to be requested on reservation); – cannot climb stairs or cannot walk at all; – cannot walk the distance between the check-in area and the departure gate, between gates when in transit, or from the gate to the arrival hall; – want to use an Iran Air wheelchair or would like to go to the ate in your own wheelchair (manually powered wheelchairs only); – wish to take your own electric/battery-powered whellchair as checked baggage – are traveling with a group of 7 or more other passengers with special needs. Iran Air requires at least 48 hours advance notice for medical care. Checklist For Passengers If you would like to use our special facilities, please take the following points into consideration: •Book your flight at least 48 hours in advance and specify what your personal needs are. •If you are flying with one of our partner airlines (with an Iran Air flight number), please check with your local Iran Air office about what services and facilities our partners offer. •If your medical condition requires it, please have your physician fill out a Medical Information Form. The form should be in our possession no later than 48 hours before departure. Please download the Medical form or obtain it from your local Iran Air office. •Check in half an hour before the normal check-in time. if you are using an electrically powered wheelchair. •Make sure you are present at the gate at the time indicated on your boarding pass. •Arrange for a traveling companion if your medical or physical condition requires assistance; the flight crew is not authorized to lift or carry you. •Don’t forget to bring along the medications you will need during your flight, and make sure they are packed in your hand luggage. The following special services are free of charge: •special meals; •assistance of ground staff in boarding, deplaning and transferring of your own whellcair or walker. •transport of your life-support equipment for use during the flight, such as a respirator, if no extra seat is required; •use of on-board wheelchair (provided by Iran Air). For the other special services please contact your local Iran Air offices. A special note for travel agents If your client is an IranAir customer with special physical or medical needs if he/she or requests specific assistance, please insert the applicable industry codes into the customer’s reservation record. Use of the correct codes will ensure the proper delivery of the required services. The codes included the following: WCHC Passenger cannot walk and needs to be carried in and out of the aircraft seat. If the passenger travels with an es**rt, please add “WCHC es**rted by”. If the passenger travels alone, please add “WCHC self supporting’. WCHR : Passenger can use steps but cannot walk long distances. WCHS : Passenger cannot walk long distances nor use steps. MEDA : Medical (extended legrest, oxygen, respirator). STCR :Strectcher request. BLND : Passenger blind; if MAAS is requested the SSR MAAS identifier should be added at reservation. DEAF: Passenger deaf; if MAAS is requested the SSR MAAS identifier should be added at reservation. MAAS: Meet and assist. By using these SSR codes we will be prepared to assist your client during their travel with Taban. Charter Service Air transportation demands in most parts of the world faces cyclical and seasonal fluctuations. Traveling requirements of Iranian passengers have many ups and downs during the year. Then there are several Islamic holidays such as Hadj and Ashora/ Tassua when many passengers travel to holy cities of Mashad, Damascus, etc. To meet the fluctuating demands at various peak times, Taban Air offers many charters and extra flights each year. Taban Air has many charter flights that are operated on a scheduled basis year after year. Hadj charter flights or oil company charter flights to many oil refineries and terminal installations such as Lavan and Siri in the Persian Gulf are just a few destinations to mention. Whenever you wish to travel with a group on the same aircraft, our passengers Charter Services department could offer the following arrangements: – Exclusive use of an entire aircraft – Specialized catering upon request – Personalized in-flight services – Customized departure and arrival times Taban Air charter is offering the following domestic and international flights as its services: 1. Charter flights to oil islands such as LAVAN and Kish . 2. Charter flights of governmental organizations such as Presidential or Council of Ministers 3. Charter flights of Ministry Foreign Affairs 4. Cargo
Taban Air cargo is committed to provide the right services to meet your needs, both now and in the Future. We cover nearly 54 destinations in over 32 countries.You will be given a definite collection time for your freight and documents at the time of booking. If we are unable to fly your cargo as booked, we will contact you within 4 hours of your scheduled time of departure to let you know. Should your cargo not fly as booked, we will ensure that your freight always arrives at its destination within 48 hours of your original scheduled time of arrival. Whether you have a comment on our services or on our site, we want to hear from you. We will also do our best to deal with any queries you have Conditions & Contract The carriage of cargo by air is subject to the conditions of contract and the regulations of the carrier concerned. The conditions of contract for cargo are printed on the reverse of original copy 1, 2 & 3 of Air waybills. Cargo carried on flights operated by Taban Air is also subject to the Iran Air cargo general conditions of carriage. If Iran Air is not the carrier operating the flight on which the cargo is carried, please contact the carrier operating the flight for further details of their conditions of carriage.
