Staying Grounded ...

If you ever feel like you are not fully in your body, you feel a bit ‘floaty’, or you are less able to manage the practicalities of your life than usual, you may need to activate your base chakra by grounding yourself. Some quick easy ways to ground yourself are:

- walk barefoot on the grass or earth

- visualize that you have roots growing from your feet, and like a tree, you are planted to the earth.

- Stand 50cm in front of a wall with your back to the wall. Bend your knees and lean back until your back is pressing against the wall and your feet pressing into the ground. Hold this position for a couple of minutes and feel the energy pulsing in your legs, grounding you.

A great group of young students and their teachers from the United States came to visit North Aurora Guesthouse and the Elf stone in Laugar.
The elves at the stone and the ladies from the huldufólk in the heath loved the visit and guide them and gave the the healing ligth to follow 🧚

We walk to the elfstone tomorrow, on new moon.
Great day to say thank you winter and welcome the energy of summer and to gain the courage to do the corecct change in life.
Peace and love are flowing here in the heath´s of Iceland, around the stones, herbs, and the rivers that have been there in peace with human in centuries and there for s urrounded by elves and hidden folks.
Please pause here for a little while. You join in and adjust to the peace and quit of nature, and enjoy the birds to join in. You can close your eyes and you feel the peace of mind and a sensation of happiness flowing through your body
A new Moon is symbolic of a new beginning or rebirth.
A new Moon is therefore a good time to put energy and intent into what you want in life.
A good day to reset the body and thus connect to the natural rhythm.
A good day to pray and to gain the courage to do the corecct change in life.

Visited the huldufólk, hidden people by the river in Reykjadalur, Reykjadalsá today 😘 There was a family of four, they live there in peace and are farmers with a few sheep and they catch trout from the river.
