The volcano gives and it takes...

Recent lava flows have closed the viewing areas closest to the crater, but it has grown much larger and is now putting on such a big show it needs to rest between performances.

The only thing that remains the same is how impressive it is to see in person. Rest assured we will continue our visits as long as the eruption continues and authorities say it is safe.
