Around ten hot springs erupted at the same time at Haukadal last weekend 🫧 Recently, scientists and visitors have noticed a lot more geothermal activity around the Geysir area, but no one knows why yet

Last night Friðarsúlan - the Imagine Peace Tower - was lit up on Viðey island. Every year on October 9th, John Lennon's birthday, it's lit up as a memorial to him from his widow Yoko Ono.
