Blue Grotto is characterized by an unique deep blue color of the water, was used as a private swimming pool by the Roman emperors who had their summer residences on the island.

Ci immergeremo nella storia di questa azienda a conduzione familiare: visiteremo la cantina e parteciperemo alla produzione del tipico fior di latte locale, mozzarella fatta con latte vaccino, tipico prodotto di Agerola, paese sulla Costiera Amalfitana dove la produzione casearia artigianale rappresenta un'eccellenza.
Assisteremo e parteciperemo attivamente alla produzione del fior di latte per poi gustarlo insieme ad altre delizie prodotte nell’azienda agricola.
