Our charming Villa is a spacious frescoed three story eighteenth century building, surrounded by gardens, woods and olive trees, set in the countryside just outside the gorgeous town of Amelia. The villa is set just a few kilometers from the highway and it is just an hour away from Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto. The surroundings also offer a vast array of activities, from hiking, to h

orseback riding, to rowing boats. Or, just kick off your shoes, lay back by the pool and enjoy the sunny weather !

La Torre Farhouses;

Next to the villa, on the property, you can find the farmhouses, a larger one on the first and second floor and a smaller one on the ground floor. The first has four double rooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a loggia where you can eat with a beautiful view.
The second one, the smaller farmhouse, is a completely independent apartment located on the ground floor. The dependance features a kitchen, a small living room, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
