Il Bio-Agriturismo Chignoni si trova nel comune di Apecchio, in una splendida e incontaminata zona dell'entroterra Marchigiano, provincia di Pesaro e Urbino. It is a fully working farm and one of the houses has been divided into 3 apartments:
Cerro Vecchio, Montalto and Gorgaccia. Cerro Vecchio has two double bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower), sitting room and a spacious kitchen/dining room. M
ontalto has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), sitting room with original fireplace, kitchen. Gorgaccia has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room with original fireplace and wide kitchen. Rooms are spacious and have a lot of natural light. In each apartment extra beds can be easily fitted. All apartments have independent entrance keeping the original stone and doors. The whole restoration was made bearing in mind the typical rural architecture and leaving many original features. The area around the farmhouse is well kept and a lot of space is left for our guests who want to enjoy natural views over the valley. There is a swimming pool with tables and chairs to allow our guests peaceful and cool days. In addition tables, chairs and benches are put in particular positions to give the opportunity to enjoy the total relax of the area. A barbeque area is made available to all the guests who want to spend time and eat outside. Thank to the position, temperatures are not very high and our guests can enjoy cool days. From Chignoni the village of Apecchio is only 3km. Here you can find all necessary services: emergency, post office, chemist, bank, several bars and supermarkets. Chignoni is a registered organic farm and guests can purchase many products: fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey and jams. Chignon is in a strategic position to reach cities of art: Urbino, Gradara, San Leo, Perugia and Assisi can be reached in short time and easily. The whole farm is in the centre of a trekking network and mountain bikes are available for our guests.
