A year ago, A YEAR AGO, we have met these wonderful, crazy, happy guys from Germany. A friendship started, dinners, chats and playing music together till early morning was our daily routine. Every single day was special and unforgettable and we still talk about it during our lunch or dinners with friends. We still relive those moments and we don't forget you! We were just lucky to meet you!
What a fortune to work and meet such wonderful personalities! A big hug to you guys! ❤️

We are soo happy about this years harvest of olives! It's such a pleasure to work in a beautiful place with a good weather and with such trees full of olives! So excited and can't wait to taste our oil! 🫒

A hidden diamond 💎🌱

The period of saffron has begun! This week we've started harvesting olives🫒 and now we begin to collect our precious precious saffron.
It wasn't so easy for this small plant this year as it has been often attacked and uprooted by hogs 🐗 but some of it resisted and we'll do our best to preserve it and make it better the next year. As for now, we are just simply happy to see our finger tips coloured red again from harvesting and working it, sensing that magnificent smell and enjoying its beauty🌸
