1) Villa la Gjanda
The newly built villa built on 13000 square meters of land enjoys a lovely location nestled between the hills of Monte Moro .It comes from a private entrance leading to the prived parking l and then to the garden where there is the free-form pool. The entrance leads into a rustic living room, from here you enter the kitchen, a large veranda where life takes place daily, the bed area. This part of the house consists of three bedrooms including one double and two twins, naturally modified as needed, two full bathrooms, one adjoining the master bedroom, the other in the service of other guests. All environments trought the doors/windows, are communicating with the outside for a greater independence, equipped with air conditioning and each confor.

3) Villa Lu Triuzzu
Located on the hill of Monte Moro, Villa LU TRIUZZU,, is a luxury villa with high quality 3 bedrooms, pool and large barbecue area. Totally built on a plan allows easy access to all parts of the villa. There are two double rooms with private bath, the third has two single beds also with its own bathroom . The living area consists of a large lounge with a satellite TV , DVD player. French windows opening onto a terrace with overlooking the pool. Attached to the living room is the kitchen, with oven, dish washer and everything you need. Outside, near the pool, we find the barbeque area with a coal fire, rustic wooden table and everything needed for a dinner in front of the outdoor pool or just to sip a cocktail or a glass of wine, .The large pool is equipped with wooden sun .Lu Triuzzu offers accommodation for up to 6 people and cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

4) Villa Oltremare

Everything is comfortable for 8 people . Upon entering the gate there is a large landscaped garden with its pool artistry and BBq area ,
then you enter the kitchen where there is dinidngroom with a table for 8 /10 people , from here you enter the living room with his chiminey that gives it a warm and intimate. On the same floor there are 2 double bedrooms , one with two beds, three bathrooms. We also have a furnished attic room with 2 beds very spacious. This villa is perfect for a holiday among the cork oaks, near the lake in a boat which continuously creates excursions. These area is famous because there are two wilde olives who is said to be the oldest in europe. The villa is located at three kilometers from the village of San Antonio where you will find supermarkets. Pizzerias and all the useful services for a pleasant holiday .

5) Villa RoseMary
Immersed in the countryside of Arzachena Villa RoseMary is the ideal place for anyone as look for one holiday fool contact with nature in perfect silence. In 5 minute drive you arrive to Arzachena, a town with all services as ristorant, bar, supermarket, while in 15 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda:Porto Cervo, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruia, Baia Sardinia, Cannigione, San Pantaleo. From this location is very easy to reach the most popular places in north Sardinia as Olbia air port, Archipelago La Maddalena, Santa Teresa di Gallura. Along the road from Baia Sardinia to Arzachena is Villa Beddha Dì . Through the gate, what captivates the attention that is its large natural garden where the only vegetation as we finde consists wildw olives, strawberry trees, myrtle trees and local stones smoothed by time. Recently built the villa consists of two living rooms with fireplace and adjoining kitchen, always on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles, a single, three bathrooms with shower. Through two interior stairs you go in the attic where there are two double bedrooms, one with bathroom ensuite. This villa was built in an architecture with attention to detail using local materials, objects’ art wrought iron and wood as to make it a warm and cozy home where every corner seems designed to transmit to anyone the welfare also lives only for a short vacation.
